Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

The short version

Your Taste Card and the interests on it are public. Your email and account are private. We never collect or expose sensitive data (health, finances, precise location, and the like). You can delete everything at any time.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, used to sign you in.
  • Your taste: the answers you give in the quiz — music, film, places, era, and your caption. If you choose to connect an app (e.g. Spotify) in future, the data it provides about your taste.
  • Usage: basic, pseudonymous analytics about how the product is used (pages and key actions), to help us improve it.

What is public

When you create and claim a Taste Card, your chosen handle and your taste graph — your headline, caption, and your music / film / place interests — are published at a public URL (fewer.so/u/your-handle). By using Fewer and claiming a card, you agree that these basic interests are public and can be viewed by anyone and fetched by AI assistants you or others connect. Your email is never public.

What we never collect or expose

Fewer is for cultural taste only. We do not collect or publish sensitive categories — health, finances, precise location, religion, political views, sexual orientation, or government identifiers. This is built into the product, not an option you have to turn on.

How we use your data

To generate your Taste Card and recommendations (your answers are processed by an AI model to do this), to run and improve the service, and to send you sign-in emails. We do not sell your data.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate Fewer: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI that turns your answers into your card and recommendations), Resend (sign-in emails), and PostHog (privacy-respecting analytics). They process data only to provide their service to us.

AI assistants

The whole point of Fewer is that an AI you connect (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) can read your public taste so it recommends things you actually like. It only ever sees your public taste graph — never your email or anything private.

Your choices

You can delete your account and data at any time, and you can make your profile private to stop public access. To request deletion, export, or any change, contact us at hello@fewer.so.

Children

Fewer is not intended for anyone under 16.
